Finally, the prefects are starting to get their comeuppance and we can move on to even more events that lead up to an inevitable revolution.
HISTORY LESSON: The Battle of Lexington and Concord, as I'm sure you'll all know if you've been following, took place after Paul Revere's infamous midnight ride and was one of the first signs of an established citizen militia, or "minutemen." Thanks to Revere's warning, the citizens were prepared for the British regulars' arrival, turning the battle around on its head and showing them that they were not to be messed with.
That's not to say there wasn't a lot of blood, though. There was a lot of blood.
I love this comic by itself, first of all. But then I also get really excited when I read your "History Lesson." It's not that, (as I'm a History Major) I don't know the History, I just find your little comments on it adorable. :)
This comic is just so cute!! I love history (especially the American Revolution) and Thomas Jefferson is my homeboy so I'm just loving this! Keep it up, it's just such a great comic. :)
